The Directors’ Club is an exclusive community of Industry Leaders with the sole purpose to educate, communicate, and illustrate the continued path to success in the Racquets and Hospitality Industry. Through online networking events, workshops, guest speakers, classes, and video libraries, our members will share knowledge, solve problems, and reach higher levels of success together.

JARRETT CHIRICO
Founder/President
Jarrett is the Director of Racquets at Royal Oaks Country Club in Dallas, TX. He has an extensive background as both a director and former player, as well as a creator of several esteemed programs in the country.
Jarrett was awarded Professional Tennis Registry's Professional/Member of the year by Racquet Sports Industry magazine and Professional Pickleball Registry's 2020 and 2022 pro of the year as well as being one of the 2020 and 2022 Champions of Pickleball.
In addition, he holds certifications from the USPTA,PTR,PPR,PPTR and the PPTA as well as being a national PPR clinician and Vice Chairman.
Jarrett is a published author in numerous professional publications and the leading keynote speaker nationally for racquets.
CHRIS GALE
Partner
Chris is currently the Director of Racquets at River Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas, the number 11 Platinum Country Club in the USA.
He has served as Director of Racquets at multiple private clubs across the USA gathering over 25 years’ experience in this leadership role. Palm Desert Tennis Club in California, Chatham Beach and Tennis Club in Massachusetts, The Dunes Club in Rhode Island and most recently, The Duxbury Yacht Club in Massachusetts, have all experienced Chris’ leadership of their tennis, pickleball and platform tennis programs.
Chris also serves as a consultant for clubs nationwide, specializing in staff development and racquets program rejuvenation, and continues to serve as a mentor to multiple professionals in the industry.Chris holds certifications from the PTR, PPR, PPTR and the USPTA.
MICHAEL JORDAN

Michael Jordan is the Director of Racquets at Dallas Country Club, one of the premier clubs in the country. His experience spans 25 years in the racquets industry at The Princess Anne Country Club in Virginia and Lancaster Country Club in Pennsylvania, as a Director of Racquets, Head Tennis Professional, and Staff Professional. Michael holds certifications from USPTA, PTR, PPR, PPTR, USTA
He has served as the USPTA Middle States president, is on the USPTA National Mentoring Board, USPTA Adaptive Tennis Committee, is currently a PPR national clinician, and a graduate of the Certified Racquet Sports Executive program. Michael is very passionate about helping people reach their potential.
